At Camp Victory, our dedicated team and board members are passionate about supporting Veterans and First Responders. With a diverse range of expertise and experience, they work tirelessly to create a welcoming environment that fosters healing and community.
Executive Director:

The Executive Directors duties are as follows but not limited to planning and operations of Camp Victory Inc. The Director will be able to Develop retreats, reunions, camping, and hunts. This will also include any special events such as open house days. The director develops budget for costs of camp expenses including but not limited to propane, diesel, gasoline, electricity, food for events, office supplies, disposable kitchen wares, marketing materials, outdoors maintenance and supplies. Additionally a director will be able to work with many camp volunteers, tracking volunteer hours and creating meaningful activities for such volunteers. The director will be able to create a list of Veterans going through various programs including tracking of number of participants and times of events. Critical function of the position includes public relations, collaborations with other 501(c)(3), and connecting with the local community. A director will be required to work positively with the Camp Board of Directors, enforce policies and procedures to include safety regulations, follow a code of ethics, camp rules and regulations, and follow the law for non-profit organizations.
