At Camp Victory, our dedicated team and board members are passionate about supporting Veterans and First Responders. With a diverse range of expertise and experience, they work tirelessly to create a welcoming environment that fosters healing and community.
Executive Director:
Matthew Doerr
The Executive Directors duties are as follows but not limited to Camp planning, operations of retreats, reunions, camping, and hunts. This will also include any special events and open house days. Budgeting costs of camp expenses. Propane, diesel, gasoline, Electricity, food for events, office supplies, disposable kitchen wares, marketing materials, food plot and outdoors maintenance supplies, and Volunteers working any of the events listed above. Managing this list of Veterans arriving and going through the program and times of classes and free time. Public relations, collaborations with other 501(c)(3), and community presence. Enforcing policies and procedures to include safety regulations, a code of ethics program, camp rules and regulations, and program times.
